about:
Everything in Life.
everything in life..
can't be fit into a particular box..
not everything is beautiful..
not everything is good..
but not everything is ugly..
and not everything is bad..
sometimes they are tiring, boring, totally tasteless..
sometimes they are exciting, passionate, totally captivating..
but i realized one thing after the whole series about Job..
everything in life CAN actually fit into one category..
everything in life is to make us closer to God..
"one thing that i desire in my life, Lord..
to thirst and hunger after You alone..
with all my heart and soul..
with all my strength and love..
to worship as Your glory fills this place..
deeper in love with You....."
everything in life is to make us develop a hunger for God..
even for a nonchristian..
God designs all things..plans all things..
just to lead this person to His redemption plan..
for us..
God blesses us with good things..allows bad things..
just to lead us towards His presence and to total abandonment..
it is HIStory..
His story of redemption and restoration..
so guys, it isn't about doing things..
not about doing something you have to do..
not about waiting for YOUR perfect timing to serve..
it is just about asking God when and what HE wants YOU to do..
and get involved in it in His timing..
cos you know..
no matter what, you will end up in His arms..
and everything is MADE beautiful in His time..
whether it is good, bad, ugly or great..
HE will be your destination.
are you somewhat complaining or feeling dry today?
maybe it's because you have forgotten what HE has spoken to you.
He holds you with His hands..
so nothing that He allows will kill you..
but only make you stronger.
Eccl 3:10-15
"He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. I know that nothing is better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives, and also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor--it is the gift of God.
I know that whatever God does,
It shall be forever.
Nothing can be added to it,
And nothing taken from it.
God does it, that men should fear before Him.
That which is has already been,
And what is to be has already been;
And God requires an account of what is past."
:) let's keep on keeping on.
